止缩减资产负债表，并准备每月购买约350亿至450亿美元国库券的决定。分析师们预计美联储这一操作将于明年1月开始。伯里说：“我想补充一点，如果没有美联储3万亿美元以上的储备支持，美国银行体系就无法运转，那不是实力的表现，而是脆弱的表现。”伯里指出，在2023年美国银行业动荡之前，金融体系只需要约2.2万亿美元，2007年只需要450亿美元。他补充称：“所以我要说，美国银行业变弱的速度太快了。”
